Private Java Virtual Machine (JVM)

With all our accounts, you get your own private instance of the Java Virtual Machine running Tomcat with its own classpath.

This means your site runs independently of other sites on the server so that crashes will never effect the performance of your servlets or JSPs. It also provides increased security for mission-critical applications.

Our current default installation is Tomcat 6 with JDK 1.6. If you need an earlier version, let us know.
